The Youth Career Development Programme, which has now grown to become the Youth Career Initiative, began at the Pan Pacific Hotel in Bangkok in 1995. Over the last ten years hotels have joined the programme which has graduated hundreds of young people. These graduates have gone on to work in hotels, restaurants or continue in further education.
