YCI will provide at-risk youth with valuable life and work skills that will empower them to make informed career choices in an environment conducive to learning and successful business. The programme develops self-confidence, discipline and a range of skills in young participants that enable them to find legitimate employment or apply for scholarships to continue in further education after just six months of this intensive training course.
